I am Rusty Rueckert.

Arkansas Apartment Buyers is my company for apartment buildings with 5 to 50 units, anywhere in Arkansas. The buildings are often too big to keep self-managing and too small for the funds that want a stabilized complex.

The landlord part

I own and operate more than 70 rental doors. Most of them are single-family houses. Some are duplexes, and one is a triplex. I run them myself, so a roof, a vacancy, and a late rent payment are not a spreadsheet to me. They are Tuesday.

I only write about apartment deals I have actually closed. Until there is a 5 to 50 unit story I can tell straight, this page stays with the work I do know: operating rentals, and buying the building in front of me as it sits.

Where I am

The business address is 607 Stratford Dr, Jonesboro, AR 72401. I do not live in Arkansas full-time. I work this market about a week each month, and that is when I walk buildings. Closings are at Lenders Title in Jonesboro.
