Arkansas Apartment Buyers is operated by Rusty Rueckert at 607 Stratford Dr, Jonesboro, AR 72401. Phone: (870) 486-8141. This policy explains what we collect when you call or use the form on arkansasapartmentbuyers.com, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

If you send the offer form, we collect:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • The property street, city, state, ZIP, and full address
  • The unit count you select
  • Whether you checked the optional text-message box
  • The page you sent the form from

The site may also receive basic technical data from the host, such as a browser type or the page requested, in ordinary server logs. We do not run a chat widget on this site.

How we use it

We use this information to review the building, contact you about a possible cash offer, and, if you move forward, prepare a closing at Lenders Title in Jonesboro. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

Text messages are optional. The checkbox is not pre-checked, and you can get an offer without agreeing to texts. If you opt in:

  • Message frequency varies, based on your inquiry.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call (870) 486-8141.
  • We never share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers to third parties for their own marketing.

A customer messaging service receives the form so we can respond, and it can send texts you opted into. That service may process the information only to provide that service. We do not allow it to use your mobile number for its own marketing.

Who else sees it

If a sale moves toward closing, the title company and anyone needed to transfer the property will receive the information the closing requires. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records long enough to respond, to document a sale if one happens, and to meet ordinary business and tax record needs. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become a contract by calling the number above or writing to the Jonesboro address.

Children

This site is for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
